GDT Lucky Draw App Terms and Conditions
All participants will be entitled to be the winners of the GDT Lucky Draw if they meet the following terms and conditions:
1. The promoter of this Lucky Draw is General Department of Taxation (GDT).
2. By participating this competition, all participants are indication his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
3. There is no fee to participate in this Lucky Draw.
4. Participants can participate in this Lucky Draw if they have downloaded and followed the guidelines of the application. Children under the age of 18 are not allowed to be the winners.
5. GDT will not accept any responsibilities if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.
6.The rules of GDT Lucky Draw and how to enter are as follows:
a. Download and Install GDT Lucky Draw App.
b. Signup user account and login to use App.
c. Input some required information of invoice, capture and upload.
d. The draw date and time for GDT Lucky Draw is every six months (for the exact date, it will be announced via GDT Official Website, GDT Official Facebook Page or other media).
e. Each winner is eligible to win one or more prizes depending on their lucky draw invoice is picked.
7. Prizes will be determined by GDT and announced through the GDT application or GDT Official Facebook Page or Website https://www.tax.gov.kh
8. GDT's use of particular brands as prizes does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.
9. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving any notice.
10. The winners will be chosen by GDT drawing the uploaded invoices from GDT Lucky Draw App. The winners and the prizes will be announced by GDT’s official media.
11. The winners will be announced in the GDT official Website / Instagram / Facebook / any other official media applications.
12. The winners will be notified in our website https://www.tax.gov.kh and/or by email and/or Direct Message on Instagram/Facebook and/or letter within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and to pick a replacement winner.
13. GDT will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered.
14. GDT’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Lucky Draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [Cambodia] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
16. GDT shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
17. GDT also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
18. GDT reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
19. All personal information shall be used in accordance with GDT Privacy Protection Policy, accessible in GDT App.
20. Users are strictly forbidden to use any third-party application that allows the use of fake location (“Spoofing”), hacks, exploiting bugs, bots and any other third-party software to cheat including but not limited to account sharing, this includes (not limited to) cheating in any other form or manner during the game and lucky draw. GDT has full right to cancel and/or ban any User’s account that is suspected to be cheating in any form and/or manner. GDT reserves the right to take any relevant legal action to Users.
21. GDT will choose the carrier / shipping, but it will not be considered as being responsible for the shipment or the carrier is interpreted as GDT agent. The risk of loss or damage to all prizes under this agreement will switch from GDT to the Winner individually when GDT give and handle the prizes to the operator of the shipment.
22. The winners must fulfill and provide all the requested data and information from GDT before the winner can legally be entitled to receive the prize.
